Here you can read which data this website processes, why, and what your rights are. We keep this as limited as possible.

Who is responsible?

This website belongs to Stichting Bolingo Lisanga Bondeko, also known as BLB Nijmegen. The foundation is responsible for the personal data it receives through this website. You can reach the foundation via blbnijmegen@gmail.com.

Which data do we process?

This website has no accounts, no newsletter and no visitor statistics. Personal data only reaches BLB if you contact us yourself. That data may include:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
  • the subject and content of your message.

Getting in touch through the website

The contact form itself sends and stores nothing. When you press the button, your own email program opens with your message already in it. You then send it yourself to blbnijmegen@gmail.com. BLB receives it as an ordinary email and uses your details only to answer your question.

How long do we keep data?

Messages are not stored on this website. Emails received by BLB stay in the foundation's mailbox. We do not keep them longer than needed to handle your question.

Who is data shared with?

BLB does not sell data and does not share your message with other organisations, unless you ask us to or the law requires it. For the technical running of the website and mailbox, we use external services:

  • BLB's mailbox is a Gmail address, so emails are stored with Google.
  • This website's fonts are loaded via Google Fonts. In doing so, Google receives your IP address.
  • The preview images for BLB's YouTube videos are loaded from this website itself. Only when you click on a video is the YouTube (Google) player loaded, and YouTube receives your IP address.
  • The website's hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages to your browser.

Cookies and external services

This website does not place cookies itself and does not use analytics or advertising services. What does happen is explained in the cookie policy.

Security

The website is only offered over a secure connection (https).

Your rights

You can ask BLB which data the foundation holds about you. You can also ask to have that data corrected or deleted, or object to its use.

Submitting a privacy question or request

Send your question or request to blbnijmegen@gmail.com. Mention that it concerns a privacy request. We may ask you to show that the data concerns you, so that we don't hand it to someone else.

Filing a complaint

Not satisfied with how BLB handles your data? Let us know first, so we can look for a solution together. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If something changes on the website that means other data is processed, for example a new contact form, we will update this statement.
